What You’ll Get!

Stay with us in a meticulously restored 1800s mansion, steeped in the rich tapestry of Southern Gothic mystique. With tall arched doorways and beautiful stairwells leading to four floors of bedrooms, a grand living room, sitting areas, hot tub, and the three bedroom garden suite, you’ll find plenty of room to write, rest, and reconnect with your heart. 

Gather with us for hor d'oeuvres on opening night that include a culinary celebration of local black-owned bakeries and restaurants. Then join us each morning for coffee, tea, and laughter around the gorgeous dining room as breakfast is served from a full, brick-lined kitchen. In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy mouth-watering lunches, followed by evenings free to explore downtown restaurants and eateries as we continue to honor, learn from, and support the food traditions of local businesses. As the day wanes, unwind with a glass of wine and delectable desserts, letting the evening breeze carry whispers of inspiration through Spanish moss-draped oaks.

With the sun casting long shadows on cobblestone streets each morning, delve into your writing endeavors during dedicated sessions guided by seasoned mentors, eager to nurture your unique voice. Afternoons can be spent writing, enjoying community together, taking a black history walking tour to learn about Savannah’s origins, visiting Telfair Museums, or exploring the scenic streets, cafes, shops, and riverfront.
